Samuel is a Licensed Architect, Investor and Entrepreneur with a Masters’ Degree in Architecture from the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism in Ottawa, Ontario. As an Architect he has designed and built buildings of all sizes, from custom single-family homes to larger multifamily residential projects, as well as industrial and institutional buildings with project values ranging from $3-50 million.

Sam directs business operations and growth planning for the company, working to execute the business plan and find new opportunities to create value for the firm. His experience as an Architect is an invaluable asset to the team, allowing for a higher level of control and expertise throughout the design and construction process.
