Atlas Global Healthcare Ltd. is a privately owned medical facility in Richmond Hill. The six-storey structure houses a series of specialized physicians as well as family practitioners. The surgical floor contains six specialized suites and associated support services to aid the procedures. The first floor provides support services such as radiology, MRI and CT scans, medical labs, an urgent care suite, and a pharmacy.

Construction of new ferry terminals and associated structures to accommodate new electric ferries between Millhaven and Amherst Island. The development includes docking systems, bubbler ice control systems, terminal buildings for passengers and municipal offices, mechanical and electrical buildings.

We were commissioned as part of a Design/Build initiative to develop their new headquarters in Elora ON. This $4.6 million facility supports a staff of over 50 people and a 23,000 sft warehouse.

Conversion of a single-family house into a multi-family residential building in Ottawa, ON. The new building had a total size of 6300 square feet, consisting of multiple four bedroom two bathroom apartments. The rent roll produces $150,000+ in gross rent a year at capacity. It was built for approximately $1.3 in 2021 and after the building was completed, it was appraised at $2.2M.
