This 12-storey mixed use building features a medical clinic, a spa, two restaurants, a Japanese garden and 5 floors of luxury apartments. The building also features colored solar panel arrays which generate more than half of the building’s energy needs, a massive exterior video board, and a cutting-edge automated car-parking system. We were commissioned as part of a Design/Build initiative to develop their new headquarters in Elora ON. This $4.6 million facility supports a staff of over 50 people and a 23,000 sft warehouse.

It was built for approximately $1.3 in 2021 and after the building was completed, it was appraised at $2.2M.
