The Manchester is a proposed mixed use luxury condominium development overlooking the Mississippi River about 40 minutes from Ottawa. This 7-storey project features fantastic views of the water, is located on the historic main street right downtown, and comprises of 47 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with 1 commercial unit on the main floor. Other features include garden suites, green roofing, and multiple amenity spaces. Projected value is $36MM upon completion.

Victoria Park Life Assisted Living Center

The building consists of a mix of studio and one-bedroom units from 300 to 550 sq ft. It features enhanced amenity spaces, including several rooftop patio/gardens, a large dining facility and 24/7 bistro bar, a Bar style entertainment room, craft kitchen, games room, gathering spaces, activity room, women’s and men’s lounges, billiard room, gym, yoga room, pharmacy, nurse and station and option for spa and health care and group excursions.

Atlas Global Healthcare Ltd. is a privately owned medical facility in Richmond Hill. The six-storey structure houses a series of specialized physicians as well as family practitioners. The surgical floor contains six specialized suites and associated support services to aid the procedures. The first floor provides support services such as radiology, MRI and CT scans, medical labs, an urgent care suite, and a pharmacy.

Amherst Island Ferry Docks

Construction of new ferry terminals and associated structures to accommodate new electric ferries between Millhaven and Amherst Island. The development includes docking systems, bubbler ice control systems, terminal buildings for passengers and municipal offices, mechanical and electrical buildings.

London Global Health Connections

London, Ontario

This 12-storey mixed use building features a medical clinic, a spa, two restaurants, a Japanese garden and 5 floors of luxury apartments. The building also features colored solar panel arrays which generate more than half of the building’s energy needs, a massive exterior video board, and a cutting-edge automated car-parking system. This state-of the-art building is built on a very small footprint, yet provides all of the amenities and functionality that is found in sites with 5 times the acreage.

Waterfront Cottage

Stirling Marathon Appliances have been at the forefront of designing, developing and manufacturing home appliances for 40 years. We were commissioned as part of a Design/Build initiative to develop their new headquarters in Elora ON. This $4.6 million facility supports a staff of over 50 people and a 23,000 sft warehouse.

Conversion of a single-family house into a multi-family residential building in Ottawa, ON. The new building had a total size of 6300 square feet, consisting of multiple four bedroom two bathroom apartments. The rent roll produces $150,000+ in gross rent a year at capacity. It was built for approximately $1.3 in 2021 and after the building was completed, it was appraised at $2.2M.
